 Fit 4 Life Training Studio

1. Morning Boot Camp

Camp is currently in session August 23-September 17, 2010 (no camp 09/06)

Final Camps of 2010: September 24-October 20 2010 12 sessions at $144. Registration closes September 16 at 8pm (* late fee).

                                     Extreme- MWF 5:25-6:10 a.m.,  Lite- 6:10-6:55 a.m., both are $12 *12 sessions


New Fall and Winter  TABATA PROGRAM Starting October 25, 2010


The Bootcamp is Co-ed, yes Women and Men alike this is a great way to start the day and get an intense exercise session out of the way!  Stop here and understand that kick-butt was and has been an intentional and accurate description.

This is not an aerobics class there is no choreography or dancing!  This is an aggressive 1-3 days a week goal oriented body changing program!

1. What is BootCamp?:

A 4-week program of intense outdoors and indoors training focusing on: Caloric burn, fat-loss, increased strength and stamina, more balance and a stronger core or translation tighter abs, perhaps evern, a little fun! 

 2. What should I expect?:

Large BootCamp "Extreme"-This is a 4 week program where you work in a Co-ed indoor/outdoor environment of 10-20 participants. This option is right for the client that enjoys an intense, high energy, strength and cardio, group program. It is an appropriate program for the experienced intermediate/advanced exerciser (2 groups). Recreational athletes, and those individuals that need to take their workout to the next level will enjoy this program. Mornings only are available! Follow link for details . Large BootCamp "Lite"-This is a 4 week program where you work in a Co-ed indoor/outdoor environment of 10-20 participants. This option is right for the client that is new to exercise, has weight loss as a goal, wants to work on exercise form, get moving again, and enjoys a more social workout. It is an appropriate program for the beginner or beginner/intermediate exerciser (2 groups). Please feel at ease knowing that the camp is appropriate for you even if you have 75lbs or more to lose, have joint issues or are an older adult.

Intense coaching (an understatement) cardio, resistance training, different courses, core training, plyometrics and more, that’s how. Each week is different, energizing and challenging, you will push yourself harder than the week before and perhaps harder than you ever have. You will have the support, encouragement and competitive contribution of the other BootCampers, don't forget my reinforcement as well! Please bring your own mat and set of 5-8lbs DB's (lite) or 10-12lb DB's (Extreme).

Fitness Tests are conducted 2 times during camp, weigh ins are conducted on a bi-weekly basis.  Measurements will be taken at the initial Tiffany's Kick-Butt BootCamp session and at the end.  T-shirts, hats or headbands and certificates will be given to those that complete the camp.

For those that want to take it to the next level there is customized nutrition counseling available individually for 4 weeks at $65.  This is available as a supplement.  With the two combined, you will be extremely successful.

 3. Where is it located?

The camps are outside in the Fit 4 Life Studio lot. The address is: Bldg Mallard Creek 3, 8604 Cliff Cameron Drive- Suite 163, Charlotte NC 28269. The studio is near the major intersection of Mallard Creek and Harris Blvd, the Ben Craig Center is nearby. This is the Mallard Creek Center business park.

4. Who is this for?:

The regular program is for the average healthy adult of beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness level, free of serious knee or back issues, with 75-100lbs or less to lose. It is for you if: you can't seem to get in at least 3 hard days of cardio and resistance per week, If you hate working out by yourself and don't push hard enough, if you just don't know what to do, or if you  seem to have hit a plateau and are tired of wasting your time. If you are dedicated to making a difference in your health this camp is for you.


If you are not afraid to be pushed to your limits then it is time to sign up.  I don't care where the motivation is coming from, whether it is because you need to get in shape or tone up quickly, need to lose weight for a special occasion or just want a serious challenge in your exercise program!? 

What you need to do now, is mentally prepare yourself to experience what your body can do for you and oh yeah get ready to have your Butt-Kicked!!

Late registration fee is $12. Early Registration is strongly encouraged to prevent camp cancellation.

Camp space is limited. Fee: $12.00 each for the 12 sessions . No evenings offered only mornings.
