Coaching by a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Trainer, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) providing you with a successful comprehensive program of motivation, guidance and results ! Increased vitality and decreased body fat, which means a more fit and happy you!  Fit 4 Life is not  about a quick fix or the newest diet,it's about sensible hard work. MOVE-FIT Coaching Options:

Virtual Training- This is a 12 week "Functional Training", program where you work one-on-one with your trainer.  This program is done out of the comfort of your home, office, or hotel room via Skype.  This option is right for the client that needs individual training, but is unable to travel to the F4L studio.  This program can be mixed and matched with various in person training. Computer, webcam, free Skype software, home fitness equipment including cardio equipment, and 8-15lbs DB's REQUIRED. The fee structure is $40 per 30 minute session.

Fitness Testing and Postural Assessment- A 30 minute session required prior to intiating Personal Training sessions, provides baseline information for program development.  Session includes: strength testing, cardiovascular testing, flexibility testing, mini-movement/postural assessment, circumference measurements, weigh in and photo. The fee structure is $45 for the 30 minute session.

Intensive Postural/Movement Assessment- A 45 minute session that uses the 5 Kinetic Chain checkpoints, assesses posture, muscle imbalances, and movement compensations.  Based on clinical and scientific evidence, an exercise prescription for correction of muscle tightness, and weakness will be provided. Assessment includes the Overhead-Squat test, Single Leg-squat test, and Postural assessment. A must have battery of tests for recreational athletes, anyone considering exercise, or concerned about posture issues. The fee structure is $65 for the 45 minute testing session.

Individual Training-This is a 12 week "Fuctional Training," program where you work one-on-one with your trainer to accomplish your goals. This option is right for the client that needs individual training and focus and can meet at the Fit 4 Life studio. The fee structure is $40 per 30 minute session or $60 per 45 minute combo session.

Group Personal Training: A less expensive training option. Contact me if you would like to share your 30 minute session with 1 or 2 friends, clients in need of a workout body, coworkers or even your spouse. The fee structure is $22 each for 2 people,or  $20 for 3 people in a 30-45 minute session.


    BOOTCAMPS

Large BootCamp "Extreme"-This is a 4 week program where you work in a Co-ed indoor/outdoor environment of 10-20 participants.  This option is right for the client that enjoys an intense, high energy, strength and cardio, group program. It is an appropriate program for the experienced intermediate/advanced exerciser (2 groups). Recreational athletes, and those individuals that need to take their workout to the next level will enjoy this program. Mornings only are available!  Follow link for details . Large BootCamp "Lite"-This is a 4 week program where you work in a Co-ed indoor/outdoor environment of 10-20 participants.  This option is right for the client that is new to exercise, has weight loss as a goal, wants to work on exercise form, get moving again, and enjoys a more social workout.  It is an appropriate program for the beginner or beginner/intermediate exerciser (2 groups). Please feel at ease knowing that the camp is appropriate for you even if you have 75lbs or more to lose, have joint issues or are an older adult.

Lite- MWF 6:10-6:55 a.m., $12 *12 sessions.
Extreme-MWF 5:25-6:10a.m.,  $12 * 12 sessions.

Mini BootCamp-This 30-60 minute option is for individuals (full session fee), couples, friends, or co-workers that are ready to get active, but either can't start aggressively, or just prefer a more private BootCamp experience. This camp is right for you, if: you just want the small group BootCamp but not personal training, or the large camp experience.  *4 week commitment, rate reduction for 2 or more individuals. EAT-FIT COACHING

This is either a 4-wk program that supplements BC or a 12-wk program that supplements PT. This option is right for the client that realizes that what she/he eats is 70% of weight loss good health. The fee structure is BC program (4 weeks): $65 for total,  or PT program (8-12weeks): $20 per visit.

GROCERY SHOPPING TRIP

This is an instructional tour of the grocery store that compliments the nutrition program.  This trip will be an educational opportunity as well as serve to set you up on the right foot for your nutrition program.  No longer will you feel overwhelmed and confused about which foods are the correct ones to choose! 


THINK-FIT Coaching


Have you tried all the exercise programs, followed all the diets, and still feel like nothing works? Do you feel like you sabotage yourself? Just can't stick to anything, or always fail?

If your answer is yes, then you are missing the skills to lose weight! There are techniques that make some people more successful than others, and the Fit 4 Life program now offers that missing piece. It is time for a change, the time has come for you to reach your goals.

Are you ready to think, and act differently than you ever have on a program? Are you ready to feel in control, and have that elusive Discipline that others have?

Imagine: NO more feeling like a failure, unable to resist temptation, or like it is hopeless, or too hard.

The Fit 4 Life-Think Fit Coaching addresses your dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors that act as obstacles, and helps them function better for you. Think Fit Coaching intervention techniques are modeled after a psychological approach known as Cogntive Behavioral Therapy, yet used non therapeutically. These techniques are used in a coaching, non-psychological context to help you reach your goals for good.

You will receive: 8-12 weeks of face to face or telephone coaching, materials, and skills to get you successful.

Weeks 1-6: 2 visits, 3-4 new skills each visit!
Weeks 7-8: 1 visit, 1-2 new skills each visit!
Weeks 9-12: 1 visit, address trouble spots, and learn maintenance, to keep you successful!

The program is a required minimum of 8 weeks, with 12 strongly recommended. The fee structure: each session is $45, and there will be a minimum of 14 sessions. The sessions are booked and paid for at the beginning of the month, and pro-rating details will be determined.
