WOW! What a difference 2 years makes. At my top weight of well over 200 pounds, it felt like my struggle to lose weight was insurmountable. I had lost weight before and could not keep it off. I was hopeless. Then, I like many others had my wake up call. I was in my upper 30’s, my mom had health issues, I was sedentary and losing myself under the weight. Something HAD to change.

I decided to record my journey in Little Ones Magazine as my way of committing myself to getting healthy and losing weight, in front of all Charlotte’s moms who read the magazine ... a vary scary prospect. Then I saw an article in the paper about Tiffany's Fit 4 Life Bootcamp, so I approached her about helping me accomplish my goals. She was more than willing to kick my butt with strength AND cardio. I had tried other workouts, nothing kept my interest. The rest is history, I LOVED the workout.

I lost most of the weight in the first year, the second year, I dare say I became an "athlete" (well as much of an "athlete" that a middle aged mom who has never been one can be :). 55 pounds, countless inches, 3 sprint Triathlons, a few 5ks later ... I am a convert. This year, my goals are to do 5 Triathlons, a few more 5ks, and lose about 15 more pounds.

The battle never ends, I know that now. Tiffany has provided the tools to fight the fight and thrive in my world as a wife, mom and most importantly, as me.
